Hello!  Thank you for your amazing videos.  They are very helpful!  Do you have a specific azelaic acid product that you recommend?

Anja S. says:

This is the holy grail! I wanted to come back an leave a feedback on this routine I've started in October 2019 and have done until today. For 8 months now. In years and years of acne my skin has recently been the Best!! Try it and you will be susscessful I promise. Also regard Dr Buntings Make Up tips and quit powder. THANK YOU, DR BUNTING ❤️ Kind regards from Switzerland Anja

What about anti aging ingredients? With an acne regimen? Such as antioxidants, hyaluronic acid? Or is retinol all you need?

I read many people keep on speaking about Fopobiacne Secrets. But Im not sure if it is good. Have you ever try this popular acne treatment?

Jolene Ng says:

Hi Dr Sam,
What will you say about Jojoba Oil? It is meant to treat acne. I tried using it together with THe Ordinary Niacinamide + Zinc, and experienced small bumps on my face. Will you say it is the purging stage, or is it an allergic reaction and I should stop?

Kelsie Marie says:

Hi Dr Sam confused how you recommend these products on your web site ? (La Roche-Posay Effaclar DuoMedik8 Blemish SOS) They have fragnace/parfum  in !!

Then watching other videos you advice to stay  away from any fragrance/parfum  when using any active product.

p.s  love your  cleanser No fragrance/ purfum in the INCI list 🙂

SignQueen says:

Can you use more than one Active/ anti-inflammatory in the morning or is it best sticking to one? Thanks 😊

Steph Berry says:

Hi Dr Sam.
What about toners? Do we use them? Should we skip them?
Kind regards

Liv Zarit says:

Do you like cerave for a sunscreen and cleanser?

La Roche Posay sunscreen has alcohol & parfum though, how do we go about choosing the right sunscreen? What ingredients do we look out for?

Hi. Just wanted to say how much I appreciate your content. I follow a lot of Youtubers in regards to skincare, but I practically never post a comment. There is a lof of quality content out there, especially on Youtube, but your main advantage is in a way you present your content. Very organized and structured with no BS approach. Just wanted to say thank you and keep on going. Best regards from Slovenia 🙂

I suffered acne for my whole life, i started watching dr sam & dr dray’s videos last month and now i’m on my 6th week using adapalene (retinoid acid) and azelaic acid…and my skin is clear from acne and smooth now 😄 just some PIH but its slowly clearing now. Thank you so much dr sam! I’m so happy i found your channel!

Ev a says:

Thank you ❤️ I followed your tips and simply got acne free. It‘s unbelievable but true. I can only recommend this routine.

Can I use salicylic acid as an anti inflammatory

Amy says:

Can anyone recommend a sunscreen that isn't $20+?

My routine right now

AM: BHA Cleanser / Gentle Cleanser (Interchanging everyday) , Vitamim C , Moisturizer, Physical Sunscreen

PM: Oil Cleanser, Gentle Cleanser, Panoxyl Wash, Moisturizer, Adapalene

I am going towards 2 months and no more new acne, no little bumps, only left the post acne marks which I guess I guess need some time to heal.

I have very oily skin somehow this routine make me very less oily than before 😁 I am thinking to add one more actives at night, should I add Niacinamide or Azelaic Acid?

Thanks for this video – can you recommend any moisturisers suitable for someone with subclinical acne that are cruelty free? Having a hard time trying to find products that are ethical and effective.

DubzXD says:

Hi all, I've been on an acne routine for about 2 months now. I've always applied Niacinamide before my actives, shall I continue to do so? Or shall I begin applying my actives directly onto my clean skin?

Banana says:

La roche posay tolerant soften ph 5,5 facewash is a nice gentle facewash

After clearing acne with 0.025 tretinoin, should I step back and use retinol instead of continuing the tretinoin?

Jana Marie says:

Thank you so much for this acne series Sam! Absolute God send.

Aubrey Gilla says:

What is an example of Anti-Inflammatory — is Azelaic acid considered anti-inflammatory?
