Rice Water Face wash For Beautiful Skin
For years, women in Asian cultures have been using rice water as a way to cleanse their skin.
Today I’ll share how you can use rice water as a cleanser.
It is a very gentle face wash that will remove all dirt and impurities from your skin without disturbing the pH balance of your skin.
So let’s start to make our cleanser.
to make this, you’ll need:
1/2 – 1 cup of rice
To create rice water, rinse about 1/2 to 1 cup of rice first to remove any dust.
Then put the rice in a bowl, cover it with water, and let sit for 15 minutes or so.
Vitamins and minerals can seep into the water during this time.
Rice water contains essential vitamins such as B1, C, E.
It also contains minerals, which together can shrink pores and tighten, brighten and soften the skin.
Rice water is also believed to provide mild protection from the sun as long as it’s left on the skin!
Drain the rice after 15 minutes, and place all the rice water in a clean container.
Now take 2 tablespoons of this rice water and add 2 tablespoons of raw milk and mix them well.
Milk helps remove dead skin cells and stimulates new cell growth.
Lactic acid also cleanses your face.
Milk can cleanse your face better than gentle soap and water.
Using rice water as a facial cleanser is very simple.
Take the prepared cleanser and dip a cotton pad into this.
Now swipe this cleanser on your face in upward motions.
Gently massage this into your skin for about 4-5 minutes.
Lastly, splash some normal tap water to wash it off.
After just 1 application, you’ll notice your skin feeling soft, tight, and bright.
You can store the remaining rice water cleanser in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for a few days.
You can use this cleanser to wash your hair, too, leaving it extra soft and shiny.
One of the best components of rice water is that it’s one of the easiest cleansers you can ever make.
You don’t even have to buy anything as long as you have some rice, milk and in your kitchen, and some running water in your sink.
Beauty Tips With Rice:
Tip 1 To Get Rid Of Acne:
Make a paste of 3-4 drops of castor oil, 1 tablespoon of rice flour, and enough rose water.
Add these ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Apply this on the face and let it stay for about 5-7 minutes.
Rinse it off with normal water.
Rice flour is rich in oil-absorbing properties that can help to a great extent to control acne breakouts.
Tip 2 To Remove Dead Skin:
To make this face scrub, take 2 tablespoons of fresh aloe vera gel and 1 tablespoon of rice flour.
Mix both the ingredients together and apply them to your clean face.
Massage this for about 5-7 minutes.
Rinse it off with water.
Tips 3 To Remove Tanning:
Take 1 tablespoon of rice flour, 2 tablespoons of plain yogurt, and a pinch of turmeric.
Take a bowl and add all the ingredients to it.
Mix the ingredients to get a smooth de-tan mask.
Apply the pack on your skin and wait for 15 minutes.
Rinse it off with lukewarm water.
