So here is the result.. Actually i just did it two weeks
because i feel like unmotivated ..
Inner thigh
Before:52 cm
After:50 cm
Outer thigh
Before:46 cm
After:40 cm
Before:34 cm
After:33 cm
I did it 2 sets twice a day morning and afternoon…. Thats it guys good luck
