Following is what we performed in this routine:
Warmup for 2-3 Minutes

High Knees
4 Sets of 25 Reps with 45 Sec Break

4 Sets of 10 Reps with 45 Sec Break

4 Sets of 30 Sec Plank with 45 Sec break

Dumbbell Chest Press
4 Sets of 10 Reps with 45 Sec break

Lat Pull Down
4 Sets of 10 Reps with 45 Sec break

4 Sets of 15 Reps with 45 Sec break

Sir.. thanks for the video but at 8:45. When you started with dumbles instead of machines for a beginner.. I stopped watching it as it will only increase the chances of injury if the beginner don't have a trainer on his/her head..
